Scheduled Maintenance Service

EFR technicians provide scheduled maintenance services at your location. Scheduled Maintenance Service includes a multipoint inspection, oil and air filter change, review of all hoses, battery water level, and more. Scheduled maintenance can be performed on all of your material handling equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and pallet jacks. EFR technicians can diagnose deficiencies before they lead to more expensive repairs if neglected.

Battery Maintenance, Rejuvenation, & Repair

The backbone of electric forklifts and other material handling equipment is the battery. When cells dry up or the battery dies quickly, EFR technicians and the Xtender Battery Rejuvenator machine has the power to resurrect the battery in most cases. Work is performed onsite and in house by qualified specialists ensuring the integrity of the following components:

Battery rejuvenation service is performed at EFR’s warehouse in Ringoes, NJ. EFR is the only forklift repair company in the area that offers the Xtender Battery Rejuvenator service.

On-Site Tire Service

EFR offers a full line of tires and on-site tire services. Our mobile tire press allows us to press tires at your facility.

Forklift Refurbishing

Forklift refurbishing can prolong the life of your forklift, boom lift, and other material handling equipment without the expense of buying new. EFR technicians will perform a multipoint inspection of your machine and provide a list of suggested repairs. Engine rebuild, transmission repair, hydraulic hose replacements, rewiring, and more can be performed in-house. EFR even has an expert painter to help renew the look of your machine.

Equipment Operator Certification

Forklift Operator certification classes can be performed at your location (minimum of 4 trainees) or EFR’s warehouse in Ringoes, NJ. The Forklift Operator course is approximately 4 hours and consists of classroom instruction and hands on learning.

English and Spanish speaking classes are available.

Operator Licenses are good for three (3) years. After three (3) years, operators are required to take another training course to re-certify.
