Scheduled Maintenance Services

Our technicians will come to your location to perform a 120 point inspection of your forklift to detect any deficiencies before they lead to more expensive repairs if neglected. We will never perform any repairs beyond the scope of the inspection without your authorization. An engine oil change is included in the price of any scheduled maintenance inspection.

Battery Maintenance & Repair

The backbone of electric forklifts and other material handling equipment is the battery.  When cells dry up or the battery dies, our technicians have the power to resurrect the battery in most cases.  Almost all work is performed onsite by qualified specialists ensuring the integrity of the following components:

EFR Rental Repairs

At EFR, we take responsibility for our forklift fleet. If for any reason our rental does not meet your standards, we will arrive onsite to repair the issue or swap the machine entirely, with no cost to you!

Prior to calling us for service on your rental, please ensure the following:

  • Your propane tank contains enough fuel.
  • Your propane tank valve is fully closed.
  • Your battery charger is plugged into the wall socket.
  • Your battery is connected to the forklift or other equipment.
  • The key switch is turned on all the way to the “On” position.

Guaranteed Full Maintenance

Guaranteed Full Maintenance (GFM) is a dynamic program for operations functioning within a budget. GFM outlines all facets and aspects of your forklift pertaining to the repairs and installations covered under your GFM terms. This fee is based on the usage of the machine and the age (or hours, depending on the machine’s condition). This monthly flat fee covers everything!*

If your machine breaks down or needs maintenance, you are only responsible for your monthly flat rate. It includes:

  • Most repairs*
  • Periodic Scheduled Maintenance

*GFM Does not cover wearable items like tires, or brakes or contact tips. Machines damaged due to accident, abuse, misuse, and/or neglect will be subjected to full price labor, installation and parts.

Forklift Safety
