Rental rates are determined by the following:

Where is the forklift going?

We determine transportation costs via mileage from the site of origin. They are established through the your zip code. Tolls are included with the price.

How much are you lifting?

The capacity you request for your forklift rental must be accurate in order to use it safely. Our stock ranges from the following:

  • 3,000 lbs.
  • 3,500 lbs.
  • 4,000 lbs.
  • 5,000 lbs.
  • 6,000 lbs.
  • 7,000 lbs.
  • 8,000 lbs.
  • 10,000 lbs.

How high to you need the forks to go?

Our stock of standard or triple mast height usually consists of the the following:

  • Elevated Height: 188"

Do you need fork extensions?

Fork extensions slide themselves onto the existing forks without altering the capacity of the forklift. Our specificfork_ext fork extension lengths available are:

  • 60" (5′) Extensions (or forks)
  • 72" (6′) Extensions
  • 96" (8′) Extensions

We can also supply the following at not extra cost:
  • Sideshifter

Do you prefer an ELECTRIC forklift or PROPANE forklift?

If you choose a propane forklift, how long will you need to use the forklift? One or more propane tanks might be necessary to keep your operation moving.

If you choose an electric forklift or electric pallet jack, how long will you need to use the forklift? A battery charger might be necessary to keep your operation moving. However, we need certain information before issuing a battery charger:

  • Voltage of Forklift Battery
  • Amperage of Building's Wall Outlet
  • Kind of Wall Outlet/Socket

Is the forklift entering a trailer?

If the forklift is entering a trailer, the mast must be underneath a certain height so as to not cause damage to the trailer, the forklift rental or your merchandise. Standard COLLAPSED mast height for our equipment is 88."

Will you be using the forklift INSIDE or OUTSIDE?

Different kinds of tires determine whether the machine can withstand certain weather conditions outside or climate conditions inside. Here are some examples of tires:

Cushion Tires - mostly used for inside warehouse use

Solid Pneumatic Tires - Mostly used for outside use on pavement, concrete and cement. Not used for rocky roads, gravel roads, pebble roads or any other loose surfaces

Foam-Flled Pneumatic Tires - Similar to "Solid Pneumatic," however, they are useful for rocky roads, gravel roads, pebble roads or any other loose surfaces

Rough Terrain Tires - mostly used to cross over grass, mud, debris and other obtrusive surface areas
